Christmas in Kansas

We finally made it out to Kansas Jan. 11 to celebrate CHRISTMAS! with my family. Here are some pictures of Charlotte spending time with Grandma and opening gifts. Her GREAT Grandma and Papa were there with us too.
Charlotte had worn out her old rings set, they never stayed hooked together anymore, so Grandma treated her to a new set. These had animal on them!

Her first tea set.

One thing Charlotte loves to do most of all is empty my purse. Grandma got her a purse of her own. She likes to play with it and even tries to comb her hair with the hairbrush in there. We also apply her "lipstick" at least once per day.

This is a toy she got for her birthday, a puppet lambchop, but she LOVES it!

Sitting on GREAT GREAT Grandma's lap. She is 96 years old.
Practicing walking is always interesting with Charlotte. She gets so excited, she barely knows what to do with her feet.

Time with Grandpa
Playin' froggy & giggling the whole time.

Opening her first Radio Flyer wagon from Grandpa.

Overall, we had a great trip. I am always sad to go, as I don't get to spend much time with my family, but very thankful to have them all to lean on whenever I need them.
